The first day of school is in the books! Superintendent Dr. Larry Huff visited several schools across RPS 205 today, connecting with students and staff.
“It was a fantastic first day visiting the various schools around the district. Got to visit some of our middle schools, our elementary schools, and now ending up here at Jefferson High School. It's been a great day. I've been very impressed with the students coming in and getting straight into their classrooms, into routines. You can tell those parent teacher nights really paid off, but most impressed with our staff. Our staff already have started those high expectations, bringing our kids here and making sure that they are ready to go.”
